JANUARY PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Please sign up to work at the concessions stand during one or more of the games (there are only 5). Responsibilities include selling snacks, food, and beverages and collecting money. Set up at 3:15. Games end around 6:30.

All parents are asked to volunteer for at least one game.

THE DETAILS

  • ​TIME: All Practices are 3:25 -4:30 unless otherwise notified.
  • PICK-UP: Students should be picked up at the back of the building unless otherwise notified.
  • UPDATES & CHANGES: Practice and game schedules are announced each morning on FTN. Students should listen to the morning announcements for location, changes, and/or additional information.​

GAME DETAILS

  •  We only cheer at the home games.
  • This year, all games will be DOUBLE HEADERS starting at 3:45 and end around 6:30. All cheerleaders are required to be at all of the games and participate until they are finished. Leaving early is not an option.​​

PRACTICE SCHEDULE

  • NOVEMBER : 14, 16, 20, 30.
  • ​DECEMBER​: 5, 6, 12,13,19​
  •  JANUARY: 4, 8 additional dates to be announced if needed.

SPORTS PHYSICALS

SPORTS PHYSICALS ARE DUE BY NOVEMBER 30TH
Physicals must be completed and returned to the School Nurse prior to participation. All students in grades 5-8 participating in interscholastic sports are required to have a Sports Physical. Physicals are required once within a 365 day calendar year. Please be advised you and your physician must complete all areas of the Sports Physical. Please check your Physical Form before leaving the physician's office. Physicals not completely filled out are considered incomplete and will be returned to you. If your child takes medication, this must be stated on the form where indicated. When a form is returned to you, return it to the School Nurse as soon as possible. If forms are not returned in 5 days, your child will not be able to participate in their sport. Please contact Mrs. Smith, R.N. at 609-561-8666 x 116 with any questions.

Be sure to read the Concussion Fact sheet and Sudden Cardiac Death in young athletes pamphlet provided by the NJ Department of Education. Please sign and date the first form in the physical packet and return it with all the other pages.

Please be advised ALL INFORMATION AREAS must be completed including DATES and SIGNATURES. If any area is left blank, the form is considered incomplete and will be returned to you. At this point your child will NOT be permitted to participate in their sport.

All completed pages should be returned to the School Nurse.
